PEMPAL Budget Community of Practice (BCOP) brings together mid- to high-level officials from budgeting or budget methodology/policy departments of national Ministries of Finance from Europe and Central Asia. The Fact Sheet provides a brief overview of the community’s objectives, management structure, and the learning mechanisms used. It outlines the BCOP priority thematic areas and working groups and presents the impact of the community on budget reforms in member countries.
