PEMPAL Treasury Community of Practice (TCOP) brings together mid- to high-level officials from the central government agencies responsible for government budget execution and monitoring, mostly national Treasuries and Ministries of Finance from Europe and Central Asia. The Fact Sheet provides a brief overview of the community’s objectives, management structure, and the learning mechanisms used. It outlines the TCOP priority thematic areas and working groups and presents the impact of the community on treasury development in member countries.
